I love this theme already! Light is the reason we have shadows, and shadows determine dimensionality of the subject in a photo, so it's one of the most important (if not the most important) element in a photo. The following was taken in a poorly lit bathroom, but it worked out just fine, due to Kiddo looking in the right direction at just the right moment. Her arm created a very subtle reflection and shadow which created a really nice band of attention-grabbing light. Judge for yourself!

50mm ƒ/2.0 @ ƒ/2.0, 1/125sec and ISO 1600.
